IOCL Vacancy 2025: Recruitment in Indian Oil for 10th pass, salary from ₹ 23,000 to ₹ 78000 per month

Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) has released recruitment notification for non-executive posts in 2025, which also has opportunities for 10th pass candidates. Selected candidates will get monthly salary ranging from ₹23,000 to ₹78,000.

Description of posts:

Junior Operator (Grade I): 215 posts

Junior Attendant: 23 posts

Junior Business Assistant (Grade III): 8 posts

Educational Qualification:

Junior Operator (Grade I): 10th pass with ITI in relevant trade (like Electronics Mechanic, Instrument Mechanic, Electrician, Mechanist, Fitter etc.) and 1 year experience.

Junior Attendant: 12th pass.

Junior Business Assistant (Grade III): Graduation in any stream, knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and 1 year experience.

Age Limit:

Minimum Age: 18 years

Maximum Age: 26 years (as on 31st January 2025)

Age relaxation will be applicable for reserved categories.

Pay Scale:

Junior Operator / Junior Attendant: ₹23,000 – ₹78,000 per month

Junior Business Assistant (Grade III): ₹25,000 – ₹1,05,000 per month

Application Fee:

General/OBC/EWS: ₹300/-

SC/ST/PH: No Fee
